You may return new items purchased directly from www.lokatsehome.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the product. The product must be returned in the original packaging, including any parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation and must be in resalable condition to receive the allowable refund.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
You will be required to pay the cost of return shipping to Lokatse Home. Items must arrive at our warehouse within 45 days of the original delivery to you to qualify for a refund. You must provide proof of purchase for return consideration. Lokatse Home are governed by California law.
We provide Factory Limited Warranty applies to furniture products purchased from Lokatse Home and is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery. The Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Warranty Coverage: a. Seller warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the Warranty Period. b. The Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product, at the Seller's discretion. Seller will help exchange for new one within the coverage.
Exclusions: This Warranty does not cover the following: a. Normal wear and tear of the Product. b. Any modifications or non-original equipment manufacturer (OEM) attachments made to the Product. c. Color-fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of covering materials. d. Damage inflicted against the Product, including accidental damage or abuse. e. Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with the product instructions and warnings provided by the Seller.
Warranty Claim: a. To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase, including the purchase date and receipt. b. The purchaser must contact the Seller's customer support within the Warranty Period to report any defects and request warranty service. c. The Seller may require the purchaser to provide additional information or documentation to validate the warranty claim.
Remedies: a. If a valid warranty claim is established, the Seller will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective Product. b. The repaired or replacement Product will be covered by the remaining Warranty Period of the original purchase.
Limitations: a. This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. b. The Warranty does not cover any costs associated with shipping, delivery, or installation of the repaired or replacement Product.
